Joe Grimes grew up in a low-income, single-parent household in Orlando, Florida, with few male role models to look to. He understands firsthand what it means to navigate life's most consequential decisions without a guide.
That experience didn't break him — it became the foundation of everything he has built. Over nearly two decades in corporate America, he climbed from entry-level customer service to managing high-level business account managers and retail locations across major Northeast markets at a Fortune 50 organization.
He holds an MBA in Business Administration and pursued entrepreneurship in parallel — never waiting for permission, never waiting for the right time.
