These Terms govern your use of grimetimeready.com and any products, memberships, or services offered by Grime Time Ready LLC ("GTR Consults", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Purchases & Memberships

• Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the listed charge.
• Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the current billing period.
• Digital products (ebooks, downloads) are delivered electronically after successful payment.

License to Digital Content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use purchased digital content for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post our content without written permission.

Community Conduct

The GTR Ready community is a space for growth and accountability. You agree not to post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or spam content. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and materials are owned by Grime Time Ready LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Coaching, content, and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. Results vary; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grime Time Ready LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Grime Time Ready LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms; updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
