Refund Policy

Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience a download or access issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

Memberships

Memberships renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months.

Coaching & Speaking Engagements

Coaching packages and speaking deposits are governed by the specific agreement signed for that engagement. Where no agreement specifies otherwise, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days, subject to availability.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you see a duplicate charge or believe a charge was made without authorization, contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
